Public Sector
In partnership with different Government Departments, and other Rural Development organizations we help to improve the level of economic participation of the rural communities. Our Business Improvement experts use the Regional Development strategic programs to lead the investigations of the economic limitations within the communities in different regions of our country and identify the potential entrepreneurial opportunities present to be exploited by the members of the community. Our experts also take pride in providing members of the communities with entrepreneurial and business administration training, mentorship, and coaching to ensure a smooth transition into economic participation and job creation.
Many rural and underdeveloped areas lack adequate digital infrastructure, such as high-speed internet, fiber optics, and reliable electricity which hampers their economic participation and inclusivity, and promotes high levels of poverty. We train rural communities with professional skills to identify opportunities for technology transformation, computer science and support, artificial intelligence, social media utilization and security, and data science. This talent gap affects innovation and the country’s ability to stay competitive globally. In partnership with businesses, SMEs, and SETAs we help government departments deliver training programs in rural areas driving the country’s technology transformation awareness.
Additionally, departments have outdated or insufficient digital policies and regulations which slow down technological adoption and innovation. We help departments redesign and develop frameworks that support emerging technologies and ensure the acceleration of digital transformation.
In partnership with departments, we also work with divisional units at the government level to continuously improve the coordination of operational efficiencies and streamline the department’s value chain. Our team of operational excellence specialists helps the departments to respond effectively and reduce delays that slow down decision-making and the implementation of digital projects, affecting the overall efficiency of digital transformation efforts and other critical elements of individual service or superior customer experience delivery.
